Condition of Order

All designs of items will be discussed and agreed between ourselves prior to acceptance of order. All designs designed by Pan Gifts (Personalised and Novelty Gifts) will remain the property of Pan Gifts unless previously agreed between ourselves.

If you are supplying artwork it must be your own private property and by sending an order you are confirming that you own the rights to the artwork and indemnify Pan Gifts (Personalised and Novelty Gifts) for any claims to the contrary.

We use a variety of printing methods and cannot be held responsible for colour variations in printing or embroidering. Please note the images of our products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We try to make every effort possible to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colours accurately or reflect the colour of the products therefore products received may vary slightly from those images on screen.

We make every effort to be as accurate as possible with all sizes, weights, dimensions and measurements on our website may vary from the specification set out in the order.

Pan Gifts (Personalised and Novelty Gifts) reserves the right (after discussions and agreement with yourselves) to crop/amend your images in order to fit the purpose intended. All main images will not be altered.

Pan Gifts (Personalised and Novelty Gifts) reserves the right not to print inappropriate images.

For custom orders all artwork will be approved by yourself prior to going to full production. Delivery for custom made / bespoke items will be dependent on individual circumstances and will be agreed prior to agreement of order.

Changing or Cancelling Personalised Orders

Consumers have a legal right to cancel a Contract during the period set out by the Distance Selling Regulations ie 14 days after receipt of item. This means that during this period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund. Further advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
However, the Distance Selling Regulations and this cancellation right do not apply to personalised items and once the personalised item is in production it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If you would like to change or cancel your order please let us know within one hour of placing your order and we will let you know if this is possible. Unfortunately once your item has gone into production we cannot cancel or change your order.

Please check the spelling and accuracy of any Personalised data on screen before you place your order as unfortunately we cannot accept returns for personalised items due to spelling errors

Privacy

We store your name, address and email address to enable us to process your orders and operate our business. We do not sell any information with a third party. We do not hold or store any financial details as all debit/credit card transactions are processed by Paypal’s secure online payment system. Your artwork and details are only used for the purpose intended. We keep your details and artwork on file to enhance and speed up future orders and communications. Complaints

Every effort is made to get things right 100% of the time but unfortunately there may be occasions when we don’t – in these circumstances please email or phone us and we will do everything in our power to put things right.
